Sinoventus (Shandong) International Trading Co., Ltd.'s electric arc furnaces (EAFs) and their optimized processes provide the most cost-effective solution for molten steel production. All components of Sinoventos' electric arc furnace technology are developed with the goal of reducing the presence of operators in hazardous areas, making our production safer and more efficient.
Producing steel using recycled scrap or natural gas/hydrogen-based direct reduced iron (DRI) has a lower carbon footprint than traditional steelmaking methods.
The current product portfolio includes electric furnaces of various capacities, ranging from just 4 tons to 290 tons, with upper furnace shell diameters of up to 9.4 meters. In terms of electrical characteristics, our electric arc furnace series covers alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) types, with power levels up to 300 MVA.
