Spiral welded pipes are the best among welded pipes. The spiral welded pipe manufacturing process is not only one of the most efficient methods for producing steel pipes, but also has a high flexibility in the production range of diameters and wall thicknesses. This is why spiral welded pipe production began where other welded pipe production processes were limited - whether it is the production of transmission pipes, water pipes (AWWA) or oil and gas pipes (API).

Our SSAW equipment and machinery can be used to produce spiral welded pipes, using the traditional one-step process and the two-step process, also known as the offline process. The end product is more than twice as resistant to damage as LSAW straight seam welded pipes or ERW welded pipes.
